Abstract

Rules

Abstracts can only be submitted  online via the Online Abstract Submission System.

Abstracts received via fax, e-mail or received after the deadline will not be accepted and therefore will not be considered for the programme or publication.

Rules of Writing

Abstracts will be collected by online abstract submission system.
Academic titles should not be used in author names
Names and surnames should be written in small letters except that first letter is capitalized.
The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work should be stated.
Only the first letter of all words in the abstract title should be capitalized (except for abbreviations and conjunctions)
If the abbreviation is used in the abstract, the abbreviation's explicit name must be specified in parentheses
Abstract; must be written using the objectives, methods, findings and conclusion headings. At least 3 keywords must be added
Whole abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding title, author name and surname, institution and keywords.
The title of Abstract should be Arial bold, 14 points and main text should be Arial, 12 points
Table can be added, but should not be larger than half of A4 page

Please save the confirmation messages that will be sent to your e-mail address after you send your abstract.
You can follow the evaluation process about your abstract via your e-mail and password on the system.

Evaluation of Abstracts

The online evaluation will be made by the Scientific Committee and referees by keeping name, surname and institution of authors as confidential.
Abstracts will be evaluated only if at least one of the authors is fully registered for the congress.
Abstract owner, will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance results of evaluation.

The author, who will make the presentation of the abstract, is required to register the Congress
